Managing Director

Graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, in the field of Water Structures and Water Management. Since 1976 he specialized on the flood protection and reservoirs flood control in the Czech Water Research Institute. In 1981 entered the Water Management Development and Construction Company as a water structures safety surveillance and supervision specialist. After foundation of or company in 1993 worked in the management and since 2005 he is the managing director of our company.

Head of Concrete and Masonry Dams Department

Graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, in the field of Water Management and Water Structures. Since 1995 he is employed as a water structures safety surveillance and supervision specialist. His main fields are data statistic analyses, evaluation of the technical seismicity impact on the water structures, rehabilitation designs and stratum sealing designs. He is an individual member of the Czech national Commission on the Large Dams.

Head of Embankment Dams and Ponds Department

In 1999 he graduated in the field Water Management and Water Structures  on the Czech Technical University in Prague. Since that he works as a water structures safety surveillance and supervision specialist. He specializes on the evaluation of the water structures safety during the flood. Moreover he cooperate on the development of technical guidelines and legislative regulations. He is an individual member of the Czech national Commission on the Large Dams.  

Head of Hydraulic Structures in Moravia and Silesia Department

Graduated Water structures field on the Technical University in Brno, where he followed with the Ph.D. studies with the theses topic Earth Fill Dam Risk Analyses. He specialized on the geotechnical numerical models and risk analyses. He is a member of the board of the companies cluster CREA Hydro&Energy. Individual member of the Czech national Commission on the Large Dams. And member of the ICOLD Hydraulic of the Dams committee. 

Head of Economics and Administration Department

Graduate of the University of Economics, Prague, industry economy field. He has economy experiences from both private and states sector too, mainly focused on company finances, taxes, financial audits, accounting and property management. Since 2008 he is a head of the department responsible for the economy, property management and cash flow control.
